Proactive Data Encapsulation System
This system fulfils several proprietary requirements:
- Critical information at each of the manufacturing process steps and is unique to Remploy Frontline in the PPE arena;
- Comprehensive product traceability and detailed manufacturing history to can pinpoint individual batches, personnel interaction and even the time and date of each stitching process;
- A complete data record for customers and end users of every detail that goes into each product;
- Pinpoint issues and changes customers might want to incorporate into their order; and,
- Expiration date for vacuum-sealed products
